NORTHRUP GRUMMAN/TRW * CAPISTRANO TEST SITE , ON - CALL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
JMA has completed projects involving archaeological, biological, and paleontological services including pre-construction surveys, development of mitigation programs and construction mitigation monitoring. A biological monitoring, awareness brochure and development of mitigation measures included sensitive species such as the Arroyo Southwestern Toad. Projects involved CEQA/NEPA documentation, re-vegetation, the design and placement of revetments for stream erosion, cost analysis of undersize bridge replacement, Environmental permitting for emergency repairs for water pipeline break, planning and environmental coordination for construction of a waterpipe truss bridge and rock groins in a creek. These activities involve permitting and coordination with ACOE, USF &W, CA Fish & Game, Water Quality Control Board, and OCEMA.

CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES * FORT MACARTHUR / LONG POINT COASTAL DEFENSE FACILITIES
JMA prepared an existing Conditions Report and Archaeology Section of Environmental Assessment on Pre-historic and historical structures including the Fort MacArthur Base End Stations, Coastal 6" gun emplacement and the Nike Ajax-Hercules Base located at Long Point, Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

OCEAN TRAILS LLC * FORT MACARTHUR / SEA BENCH COASTAL DEFENSE FACILITIES, PALOS VERDES
JMA prepared a Section 106 Consultation and conducted a HABS/HARE assessment for National Registry on 6 Taft Era and a WWII Fort MacArthur Base End Stations at Sea Bench, Rancho Palos Verdes. This project involved the documentation and preservation of two structures and the documentation and demolition of five others used for the coastal defense of Los Angeles Harbor.
