Mission Statement |

The mission of JMA is to provide management and guidance in conforming to enviromental regulations (i.e. Natiional Environmental Policy Act - NEPA and California Environmental Quality Act - CEQA) to public and private entities related to construction, resource survey, management, preservation, analysis, impact determinations of proposed developments/projects, mitigation monitoring implimentation plans (MMIPs) and mitigation/preservation requirements.
The goal is to represent and serve JMA's clients within the appropriate agency guidelines, standards and regulations. JMA retains expert, knowledgeable staff members that are realistic about the often-conflicting concerns of science and economics.John Minch and Associates, Inc.
